Biography

Katherine W. Lynch (“Katie”) is an associate with Jones, Allen & Fuquay, L.L.P.  Her practice focuses primarily in the areas of commercial real estate, banking and commercial finance. Katie also has experience handling general civil litigation and probate matters.

Katie is licensed to practice law in Texas and Louisiana. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Katie obtained her Juris Doctorate from Tulane University Law School, graduating cum laude, in 2015. As a law student, Katie was the Communications Editor for the Tulane Maritime Law Journal. Katie graduated summa cum laude from the University of Oklahoma.

Katie began her career at a boutique family law firm in New Orleans, Louisiana, specializing in all aspects of divorce, child custody and division of property cases from pre-litigation to trial and/or settlement. Prior to joining Jones, Allen & Fuquay, Katie practiced at general civil litigation firms where she gained significant experience representing clients in a variety of matters, including personal injury, maritime and contract disputes. Katie was selected for inclusion in Louisiana Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” from 2019-2021. 

Katie resides in Dallas with her husband, dog and two children.
