Biography

Dewey M. Dalton, Jr. is a partner with Jones, Allen & Fuquay, L.L.P. His practice focuses on construction law, construction litigation, commercial litigation and collections. Mr. Dalton is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association where he is an active member in the Construction Lawyers Section. He was admitted to practice in the State of Texas in 1999 and subsequently admitted to practice in the United States District Courts in the Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas.

Mr. Dalton received a B.S. in Sociology and a minor in Spanish from Texas Tech University in 1995, and his J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law (formerly Texas Wesleyan School of Law) in 1999.

Mr. Dalton resides in the Lake Highlands area of Dallas with his wife and three sons. He  loves soccer, disc golf  and is an avid hunter.
