The law firm of Jones, Allen & Fuquay has been providing business transaction and litigation-services to North Texas, Dallas / Fort Worth and surrounding communities, for over 20 years.

Nathan Allen has been with Jones, Allen & Fuquay for over twenty years. He helped develop the business focus of the firm and personally helped develop the firm's aggressive, yet prudent, reputation in business litigation.

Mr. Allen was born in Shreveport, Louisiana in 1940. After high school he attended Centenary Collage in Shreveport, where he majored in history and government. Nathan received his LL.B. from the University of Houston where he was a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity. In 1966 he was admitted to the Texas State Bar. He was admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas, in 1967. Also, in 1967 he was admitted to practice in the U.S. Court of Appeals 5th Circuit.

Nathan has had a major influence on the direction of Jones, Allen & Fuquay and on the Dallas, Texas legal community, serving as Chairman of the Prosecution Committee from 1980 through 1985, and sitting on the Sixth District Grievance Committee. In addition to his heavy litigation focus, he handles a wide range of commercial issues for banks, including Bank of Texas and Bank One, and automobile dealerships owned by the Van Tuyle Auto Group and Sonic Automotive Group as well as individually owned dealerships.

Nathan handles a variety of legal matters for business and commercial clients including, arbitration, banking and finance advice, business organization, litigation and appeals, real estate and construction law.
