Lindy D. Jones is a founding partner of Jones, Allen & Fuquay, L.L.P. He opened the firm's doors in 1981 and quickly began to develop the firm's reputation as a quality civil and business litigation firm.

Born in Vernon, Texas in 1949, Lindy attended the University of Texas at Arlington, where he graduated with honors in business administration. Upon graduation he attended Southern Methodist University School of Law in Dallas, Texas, where he received his Juris Doctorate. In 1974 he was admitted to the Texas State Bar and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit. Subsequently he was admitted to the U.S. District Court, Northern, Eastern, Southern, and Western Districts of Texas. Lindy was honored as one of the Outstanding men in America in 1979.

Lindy has been the chief influence on Jones, Allen & Fuquay's litigation services. He has significant experience dealing with the complexities related to civil and business litigation. He has had numerous trials and several reported appellate opinions for clients cases. He also serves the transactional needs of the firms major clients

In addition to civil and business litigation, he has considerable experience meeting a variety of his clients' legal needs including banking and finance, business bankruptcy, business organization, real estate law, business transactions, and appeals.
