Kevin Allen joined Jones, Allen & Fuquay in 1993 and quickly became an integral part of the business litigation practice.

Born in Dallas, Texas in 1968, Kevin graduated from Highland Park School in Dallas, Texas, in 1986. After high school, he attended Washington & Lee University and graduated in 1990, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Kevin received his Juris Doctorate at Southern Methodist University School of Law and was admitted to the Texas State Bar in 1993. Subsequently, he was admitted to the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas, in 1994.

Since joining Jones, Allen & Fuquay, Kevin has become an important member of the firm, becoming a partner in 1999. About seventy-five percent of his practice is dedicated to litigation. In addition to his heavy litigation focus, he handles a wide range of business and commercial related legal issues, including banking and finance, business bankruptcy, transactional work, and construction and insurance law.
