Biography

Lynn W. Schleinat is a partner with Jones, Allen & Fuquay, L.L.P.  Ms. Schleinat has extensive experience successfully representing clients in a variety of business litigation and transactional matters, including those involving banking and finance, business organization, construction, auto dealership and real estate law.  She has significant expertise in all aspects of litigation, including appeals.

Ms. Schleinat was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1985.  She has also been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.  Ms. Schleinat is a member of the Dallas Bar Association.

Ms. Schleinat earned her Juris Doctorate from the Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1985.  As an undergraduate, she attended Louisiana State University and Southern Methodist University, graduating from SMU in 1982 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
