Lindy D. Jones

Lindy D. Jones is a founding partner of Jones, Allen & Fuquay, L.L.P.  Mr. Jones opened the firm's doors in 1981 and quickly began to develop its reputation as a quality civil and business litigation firm.  Since that time, he has been the chief influence on the firm's litigation services.  Mr. Jones has extensive experience in civil and business litigation, including handling trials and appeals.  He also has expertise in high-stakes business and commercial transactions, in addition to banking and finance, business bankruptcy, business organization, and real estate law.

Mr. Jones has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 1974.  He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Eastern, Southern, and Western Districts of Texas, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Mr. Jones has received an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell, the national directory of lawyers.  This is the highest possible rating an attorney can receive, indicating preeminent legal ability and the utmost ethical standards.  He has been honored as one of the Outstanding Men in America, and as a Super Lawyer by Texas Monthly Magazine.

A Texas native, Mr. Jones attended the University of Texas at Arlington, where he graduated with honors in business administration.  He earned his Juris Doctorate from the Southern Methodist University School of Law.

Mr. Jones is a member of the Dallas Bar Association.
