Soon after Lynn W. Schleinat joined Jones, Allen & Fuquay, she became an invaluable member of the firm, quickly developing a reputation as an effective litigator with unwavering ethics. She is currently a partner.

Born in Shreveport, Louisiana in 1961, Lynn attended Louisiana State University before transferring to Southern Methodist University in Dallas Texas, where she was a member of the Chi Omega sorority. She graduated in 1982 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Upon graduation she attended the Southern Methodist University Law School Where she received her Juris Doctorate in 1985.

Lynn was admitted to the Texas State Bar in 1985. In addition to her state bar admissions, in 1992 she was admitted to the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit. She is involved in the Dallas, Texas legal community, including memberships in the Dallas Bar Association and State Bar of Texas.

Lynn has been successful dealing with a variety of business transaction and litigation services including banking and finance, business organization, estate planning, insurance and real estate law, and litigation and appeals.
